At Snowverb, we want you to hit the slopes with complete confidence in your gear. If your equipment or apparel isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our support team or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the gear is in unworn, brand-new condition.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the quality of the returned gear, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
